We are proud to announce Bayou Crusaders is entering its season. Your support of our team offers many benefits to the community. Students from the bayou region community will have the chance to learn and develop many new skills in the areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). In addition to invaluable engineering experiences, our students gain vital skills in leadership, business, public speaking, communication, and teamwork. Through your generosity we are able provide our students with the opportunity to become the leaders in our community and beyond.

Team Sponsorships

  • Your investment will go beyond just the members of our team. We view it as our responsibility not only to inspire our members, but also to enrich the community around us with an appreciation for and an understanding of STEM.

  • Our team members will contribute volunteer hours mentoring young students and demonstrating our robots for local companies and at numerous festivals and fairs. We will host several robotics open house events for community members to learn more about and practice engineering and coding robots.

  • We will assist with robotics summer camp programs in our region for K-8th graders, and we will be providing access to valuable STEM education for everyone! Your business can be part of this revolution in science education and help FIRST achieve its vision of a world where STEM is valued.

In-kind Support

Businesses or organizations may provide materials to the robotics team through the Fletcher Foundation (the Fletcher Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization).

Monetary Support

Funds can be donated to the robotics team through the Fletcher Foundation for specific support (specifically for materials, uniforms, travel, etc.), or funds can be donated to the team to use at their discretion for items needed immediately, or for use on a future date.

    Your company's name and logo will be showcased at a variety of nationally acclaimed events and publicized in local, regional, and national media. More importantly, however, the inclusion of sponsor logos on our team material generates valuable public relations for our sponsors as we compete and interact with hundreds, if not thousands, of bright, potential engineers and scientists in FIRST competitions.

    Furthermore, at the end of our competition season, we demonstrate our robot at sponsoring companies and we hold a sponsor appreciation event for representatives of sponsoring companies to attend. with questions regarding sponsorships. Team 9699 is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. A W-9 can be provided on request.

During the off season, Bayou Crusaders host several outreach events in the community to support STEM and robotics education. Students in the Bayou Region will have the chance to learn and develop many new skills alongside the team veterans.
